8:30 - 9:00 - Continental Breakfast, Welcome, & Introductions

9:00 - 10:00 - First Interest Session on Ticketing -  "Shopping for a New System? Hear from Fellow Presenters as Executive Directors & Box Office Managers Discuss Pros and Cons of Various Ticket Platforms"

10:00 - 11:30 - IPN Business Meeting (w/update from Iowa Arts Council) & 2025-2026 Block Booking Discussion

11:30 - 12:30 - Lunch

12:30 - 1:15 - Artist Showcasing - Artists TBD

1:15 to 1:45 - Tour of Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center

1:45 - 2:15 - Round Table Sessions (various topics including ticketing, fundraising, marketing, programming, and more)

2:15 - 4:00 - Second Interest Session on Programming/Booking -  "Hear from Presenting Peers Across the State on a Variety of Approaches, Philosophies, and Trends Related to Selection of Touring Artists for Your Venue"

This is a MEMBERS-ONLY gathering. NO fee to attend this function and breakfast/lunch are included. Multiple members of your team (staff or board) are welcome to attend.

RSVP should include name, title, and venue for each person attending along with any special dietary needs.

Overnight hotel room information for Sunday evening, Dec 15th, will be forthcoming soon for those who are interested. We're also working on a possible, optional Sunday evening social add-on.
